Custom built truck tilt column. This was made to use in a 77 and older so you would not have to use the big column shroud of the 78/9. This one is for a column shift.

The roller turned out to be the only modification I needed to make. The square roller is an odd one in my mind but it seems to work. The size is right but it is thicker and won't enter the channel. I simply ground it to the right thickness and it sli...

Here is how close the power steering is to the steering box. I have a custom bracket that moves the power steering pump closer to the water pump and in front of the head which is something of a problem for hoses but it gives me a full inch of clearan...

This is the front crossmember on a 77 1/2-79 F250. These had a revised frame from the earlier 77 and older F250's. The crossmember is very deep and the engine sits just behind it. The balancer is just barely above it and because of the way it cradles...

Big Ed sitting pretty! the truck is not actually lifted but has the look due to the tall tires. they didn't call these hiboys because of the new low profile frame design, but Big Ed was ordered with the heavy duty suspension package and ranger and ex...

Here is the stock 86 F150 power window wiring I used after I drilled the door and cowl. it fit very well but the door or fender really needs to be off to drill the holes.

Here is a shot inside the door looking up. You can see the washers and there is plenty of room around the regulator.

Here is the stock regulator next to the 86 F150 regulator. Originally, I was going to shorten the newer regulator to match the stock one but then I realized that the later door is about the same size as is the later window so I decided to try and use...

Here is the regulator mounted. You can see the 4 bolts. I had to use .220 thick spacers between three of the bolts and the door to compensate for the fact that the door is not flat. The top front bolt does not require a spacer. I used large washers a...

i have now verified what will and will not work. bucket seat brackets from a 65-72 ford pickup will bolt into any regular cab 1965 to 1979 and will allow the use of many late model ford seats. i have verified that the floors in supercabs are signific...

Here are the clips I used to mount the regulator. I put 4 of these on each regulator. I did not use the top rear hole or the bottom front hole on the new regulator (they have 6 holes).
